This Privacy Policy describes how Space Launch Now collects, uses, and shares your information when you use our Service. This policy applies to all platforms: the Space Launch Now website (https://spacelaunchnow.app), Android, iOS, and desktop applications.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service.

3. SKAdNetwork & Ad Attribution

On iOS, the Service participates in Apple's SKAdNetwork for privacy-preserving ad attribution. We work with 24 SKAdNetwork partners, including but not limited to: Google, AppLovin, IronSource, ByteDance (TikTok), Meta (Facebook), and Unity Ads.

SKAdNetwork provides aggregated, non-personally-identifiable conversion data to advertising networks. No individual user tracking occurs through SKAdNetwork.

3.1 App Tracking Transparency (ATT)

On iOS 14.5 and later, the Service requests your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). You may decline this request, and the Service will continue to function. You can change your ATT preference at any time in your device's Settings.

3.2 Ad Consent (GDPR/CCPA)

The Service uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent framework to obtain your consent for personalized advertising where required by GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy regulations. You may update your ad consent preferences at any time through the app settings.

4. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right of Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
Right to Restrict Processing — Request that we limit how we use your data.
Right to Data Portability — Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to Object — Object to processing of your personal data for certain purposes.
Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on consent, withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Right to Opt Out of Sale — You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. Space Launch Now does not sell your personal data.
Right to Non-Discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will promptly delete it from our systems. 7. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
API keys and sensitive credentials are stored server-side and are not embedded in client application code.
Third-party processors are selected for their security practices and compliance certifications.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

Firebase Analytics: Default retention period of 14 months.
Datadog RUM/Crash Data: Retained for 15 to 90 days depending on data type.
RevenueCat Purchase Data: Retained for the duration of your subscription relationship.
FCM/APNs Tokens: Retained until you uninstall the app or revoke notification permissions.
Local Data: Stored on your device and deleted when you uninstall the app or clear app data.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

Cookies are used on the Space Launch Now website only. The website uses cookies for session management and analytics.

The mobile applications (Android and iOS) do not use cookies. Instead, the mobile apps use platform-appropriate local storage mechanisms (DataStore, SQLDelight, KStore) to store preferences, cached data, and app state locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to our servers unless explicitly described in this policy.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
